Reported what on who? If you're reporting the person who sold the ring in the Auction House, then you are falsley reporting someone, which is against TOS. Can't scam someone when the actual item description is there before you can buy it.

I agree with you that it is, but you need to realize that it was in Auction House, It would have said Critical Ring +2, the buyer shouldn't have just been looking at the price. So I doubt the GM's will see this as a scam as you can see what you are buying before you buy it.

It would be nice if he got his money back, but in all honestly I don't see it happening.

how is it pathetic to agree when someone made a big oopsie. people take advantage of this all the time (ie. stit. FA boots with s.amp for somewhere around the price of stit FA boots with m amp). he just took advantage of peoples impulses to buy something they want for a really cheap price. just like how GM's take advantage of peoples impulses to want to have better gear...(buying prem during that even to be able put in a draw for seh was it?)
