imagine a scenario where Spur has 1 hp left fighting some high lvl proc and a lvl "52" finds him and instead of running for his life, kills Spur. might take the lvl 52 a few hits to take down 1 hp from spur but thats beside the point, he can brag the whole day that he killed Spur in war. wouldn't that make his day! just imagine the possibilities, its endless....

NW was exactly like that when it first came out, imagine the first 170s fighting lvl 95s back then until they implemented tiers like a month or 2 later
