its only good if you can replace a rate ring with a cr2
Well:
15/24 helm, merg ring, rol+1, base and that orb itd be 53 rate.
7/40 helm, merg ring, rol+1, base itd be 45 rate (replace the rol+1 with a rol+2 and u get 50 rate)
i dunno much about WI cos ive never played them but i think thatd be enough rate for a WI, and allows for 2 cr+2s. This also doesnt include possible rate from the second weapon.
