Always Outa Mana

I am new to Cabal and my FA is only level 25. I am find that in a few shots I am always out of mana. Should I not max my skill level on my shots or is this normal to be out of mana at this level? Does mana efficiency improve later?

it's very normal. you'll have more mana as you level up and do your rank up quests

Once you get vamp gear, you'll stop using mana period. Before then, pots aren't expensive.

At lower levels I would say to not raise your skills past level 1/9 (with the exception of buffs and fade/dash) until maybe level 50. I'm not sure when it gets to a point where it isn't so bad in consuming MP.
