when u roll for 13 use at least 1 ECM so it may fall randomly to +11 instead of +10.
i wouldn't use x4 ECM tho it seems a waste considering i've +9'd on 3 UCH and failed +7 on 3 ECH before.

i kno this. remembering now, it wasn't the http, but actually the www it didn't like. i was on his pc with teamviewer and it would give error and send me to google. <- not .com. he's from some country umm.. i don't even remember the language now. but he has like some pirated version of google chrome or something.
