Im just starting so, How do i use auto fill stats?

Don't use auto stats. Go for enough int/dex to use armor/weapon then rest into Str.

that pretty much sums it up ^
Don't use auto stats, just fill up your int/dex according to your grade-up(then when you fullfill your grade up Requirements according to your classes gear which you can't wear yet).
If you're a WI or FA then add the rest of your extras into INT.
If you're anything else ;o then add the rest of your extras into STR.
