I've gone through and made this easy-to-read (for me, at least) guide that shows the possible craft options for each piece of gear, as well as their % chance (and chance out of 250).

Yes, Sword and Magic amp have higher craft rates than crit damage and crit rate, this is not a mistake.

EDIT: The '~' indicates that the rate isn't exact, it's actually something like 12.514%.

Why don't they just make the odds roughly the same for each? Or does est just like it being almost completely impossible to achieve gear anywhere near endgame level?
