Shinguard gloves craft ! 0.O

so im at shinguard armor gloves craft and it shows that im lvl 5 but i can craft things on shinguard at lvl 6 so my question is what will happends when i get 100% on lvl 5 what should i do to get to lvl 6 crafting ? ...
