i heard that u gotta be over level 100 to use the orb, but on the cashshop it says any level
my question - if i'm level 24 n i get it can i use it right now?

it probably means like u can buy it at any lvl or something tats my guess :D

sig orbs are useable at 104 and despite what cash shop lists its char binding not account binding i have a pair stuck on my wiz 100% waste of ecoins
