I think that since it's a CHARACTER achievement when people do the Account/Server Transfers we shouldn't lose any titles, that includes the dungeon/mission war titles since they only pertain to the CHARACTER itself. I was honestly a little disappointed when I discovered I'd lost my dungeon titles since some of them were lvl4 after transferring a couple of characters to another account. (Not reading the entire disclaimer is MY OWN FAULT granted). If there is a way to get those titles back (I.E. GM's go thru and look at who had what before they did acct/server transfer or they get reimbursed those dungeon cards and then apply that number of cards to the said character). Just a thought since you can't make a lvl 1 character and apply say a lvl 5 title from ur main that's say 130+.
