How to get more MP

I am currently a lvl 10 force blader and I got like 40 mp so my question is how can i get more mp because all of the mp potions are 90MP+ so basically less than half of it goes to waste :( So how can i get more mp (besides leveling up becausae I think I will be lvl 20 when I even get 90 mp) for my froce blader. BTW, I have one skill book for both hp and mp but the hp one is currently active while the other book can't be activated because I only got one slot for it.

Edit: Sorry, new to mmorpgs in general, dunno much slang. And every skill up my MP, which attacks can I buy that doesn't need mp or does EVERY SKILL NEED MP?

dont buy mp upgrade.u will get more mp when u get the hp/mp fb buff.u can always ask a high lvl to buy u lvl 3 potions which is 50 stacks,or just ask a wiz to buff u.the wiz buff would be the best for u.

Just level, you will get more than enough mp from your base stats.
