If you are gonna charge people for Premium Service AND BB+, then you should make darn sure that your servers are working correctly, and not kicking paying customers offline in the middle of running LiD, ESPECIALLY on a Premium Server!!!
Oh and BTW, EST, you owe me TWO, not ONE, but TWO Map Parts!!!!!

It's not just LiD. I've been kicked out of RS, both EoDs, SoD, and FT1, not to mention also in NW, randomly on several occassions. Happens mostly early morning, less so during mid-mornings to evenings since Global Started merging with us. Either it is channels are to lagged, to many hackers causing bug sprites pop up randomly, or they ganked something in the code that needs looking into are my only ideas of why it happens, dunno what the fix is either 'cause I've done a check file and re-installed twice so far.

Not the only issue just LiD, doesn't matter they are only 25k each pop. Think about SoD especially as example, avg 3-3.5mil a pop, it starts to be a problem. Next, issue that is annoying about the D/C, for me at least in LiD, I'm halfway through killing the 2nd Ogre or Ziggy himself when the D/C happens to be kicking me, couple have been 2nd Orc Boss, 1 at the Lake Zard, 90% though, last sub-boss and final boss. Point is, that it is an annoyance that has only recently popped up since Global came on board that I have noticed, an annoyance that potentially can be pretty expensive in game to dungeon farmers cutting into their profit by almost 50%.

Lest we not forget also the 30-45 second lag spikes that happened (randomly?) most of the time when there is something important going on, like me fighting 5-10 things 10-20 lvls higher than me. Or the almost laughably stupid 4-8 second lag spikes when I Dash, which most assuredly has nothing to do with my 10Mbs connection.

Now, that was a complete waste of about 3-5 seconds of your time. Imagine that multiplied times 9, then multiply it again times say 5-10, for an average of 2 hours of play. I would think that most of you would rather be playing those few extra minutes, instead of staring at a screen that is frozen in time.
