1. Do the k-red boards still come as a giftbox which we can sell? I didn't see a gitbox icon on the description in cs.

2. Will we get discounted price this christmas for it?

3. Ticket # 15538 When do I get my pet rename replacement? I need to change my pet's name before the dual pet update.

4. Ticket # 16122 When do I get my voucher back? I need alz :(

Well, maybe 4 questions, the last 2 addressed more to the GMs who keep patrolling the forums (Paging GM Daisy :), I certainly would like to think.
