character deletion again

i suggest that they allow us to delete our characters again!!!!!!!!!!!!! instead of waiting for a reply from help desk
its been 2 months since i sent it in and no reply or characters deleted
or maybe put something in cash shop to do it xD

cant delete? i havent tried it recently but did you remove sub pass, relog and then do it. or is it the update thing..havent payed any attn at all to char. deletion.

nah it says any character above level 50 cant be deleted im trying to delete my FB which was mFB(fail) and one of my two wizards which i created a while back
