Basically just rate the signature of the above you on a scale of 1-10.
Obviously 1 is the worst and 10 is the best rating.

Well first off, it's in the form of a cross which usually concerns Christ. To have weapons surround that "beast" which is being crucified is a bit weird. Also, the cross is outlined in red which symbolizes violence and anger. Lastly, holy crap just look at it.

I'd take the top one for a more interesting twist in color.

Try to minimize the random lines; there are other ways to fill in empty space in a sig. Less is more in a lot of cases. The sig lacks depth because of the focal image. A quick fix that I would suggest would be to take a duplicate layer of the focal image and put it on top of the sig then just play with the opacity and erase what is needed to be erased. This will avoid the thing from looking like it's drowning from the effects used to enhance the background. Then just put another light Screen gradient map on top of it. That's just my suggestion though - either way, you need to avoid making your focal look like a background.

Also, an interesting change of style compared to your previous works :p

It's rather large...and in terms of it being better than the other one, I'd say they're about the same. Personally, I have never used MS Paint simply because it's limited. If you want to try larger/better programs, you can try Gimp or find Photoshop online...somewhere...

simply because i was trying to read it and it moves wayy to fast...

I thought it was kind of a lot to slow down...(Maybe?) I guess if you click your mouse button in and scroll down really slow it stops it, but you probably already knew that.

if it would look better...its just that for those 2 sigs the light source is colored white in the dark background which makes it just weird imo
