The reason it is 35% is because the skills give it 10% crit rate boost.

well if your going tit i wouldnt take anything under 7/40 and at least +10, ucm r cheap. if you r going to use 2 rate rings one should be a merg ring, other =rol 1or2. get a 30/36 dmg helm.

you should get merg ring and a 8/20 helm, mart ones are pretty cheap. should be like 38% without skills, then trade in that tit kat for like a 10% cd forci or atleast osm grade.. that base is to low imo

Some things you could improve:
Attack - Upgrade your weapons to +10 or something.
Amp - Try getting some BoF +3 slotted for a cheap boost in amp (cheaper than BoF +6/7 anyway).
Crit Rate - Get the merg ring and swap one of your rol for it, also either get a 8 rate craft helm or get a pc dmg helm and try for a 7 rate/40 dmg helm extended, 8 rate craft helm would be cheaper and easier. I'm assuming your weapons can't be extended with rate slots and that you are getting some rate from a pet, a rune, and/or a board already, that's the only way I can see you getting 35 rate w/o skills right now (imo you should aim for around 40 crit rate or higher and have 35 rate minimum).
Crit Dmg - Get some crit ring +2 and/or the new ring (think it's the Tyrant Ring).
Defense - Try to +9 or better your current gear, also could try to get osm or better grade 7 amp gloves and boots.

I say 35% rate before skills is fine, 40% being best but not mandatory.

ALso depends on your gear, I have 34% rate but I have 54% amp ALOT of attack (1k+)

So my dmg is pro even w/out criting.


If you retarget in Bm2 and have High attack, 35% is fine.

40% is what you want to maintain. always have a total of 4 crit rings in your inventory (already equipped rings included) so that u can adjust your rate to 40% (or better) when u aura, bm1, or pick up a legacy weapon (only in nw)

yes its good for its tier since you dont see too much end game items in that war

well if you're in the 139 tier war you can level to 126 and use bof3 slotteds. On my bl right now:

i think its pretty decent gear for a 166, aside from the st boots, and is probably what you should aim for, although your 40 dmg tit blade is possibly better than my 12/24

dude just remake a BL and get 40/7 tit or bluestin weapons and helm that will solve ur rate problems,who cares about ur base attack since u are lvl 120 anyways you'll be fighting ppl that cant wear forcium

Maybe I'm underestimating the difference between 150 and 160 stats, but your attack seems a bit low. Defense is average. The rest of your stats are pretty good. I'd say try to boost your attack somehow (eof+7 and bof+6 or 7 come to mind, but they are expensive and rare).

For you to have those kind of stats, why are you asking advice? Few bladers get that kind of crit damage and rate, lol.

EDIT: Umm, I'm failing to see how your getting 187 crit dmg from the gear your posting. I'm coming up with around 167 (with an amy of pain +4 or 5) or 182 tops (assuming amy of pain +6 and a k-red board). Unless you mean to tell me you have already gotten a maxed crit dmg rune with the 2nd option (if so you work pretty fast lol). Then again, perhaps you have 2 crit dmg slots in your pets and a lvl 1 crit dmg rune.

switch the 40% tit blade with a +11 7 amp forc blade. you'll see overall dps increase and much better bm2.
