Please scrap the related quest requirement and make it so any lvl can change their nation.

u need the black transmuter to change ur nation , which u take it to morrison in Port Lux to do the quest.. if u dont have a black transmutter than at lvl 95 quest u can change ur nation again

I'm currently farming Lvl79 war and would like to change my nation. The transmuter should be updated so we have the choice of changing.
