It means that even if you (the fa) and your opponent are dashing at the same speed, the FA would eventually be able to catch up :)

That would make eagle eye OP. It would have to be a new skill so you'd have to manage your skill points more if this ever happened.

An FA with guns that can move near wiz speed with broken range and hax out of combo cast times? I'm with lethal, keep dreaming.

-FA also has tons of buffs while there are many other classes who have fewer with less benefits.

-Your range is enough to give you the first shot on almost any opponent for 1 v 1 in TG, which is enough of an edge already. Fade/dash is enough for anyone as is to move themselves.
