Keep getting disconnected :(

I randomly get disconnected every now and then, sometimes its a couple of times an hour, sometimes its every 5 minutes. I just got back into playing and i didn't have this problem when i used to play (over a year ago) I've tried using different servers and channels and there is no difference on the population in each server or channel. Please help

I installed both the things it told me to but im still disconnecting :( thank you though
