Change items on ground time

Personally, items stay on the ground for waaaay too long now. I was farming and a blue feather was on the ground for like 3 minutes b4 it disappeared.

First off, if someone doesn't pick it up in 30-60 secs, its obviously not wanted.

I say make the base time 60 seconds, then add +15 seconds for every + the item is if its upgraded and or a crafted drop.

Personally I like this idea. Cause when I grind in EoD and such, there are to many items. Also, bots drop TO MUCH so it can lag the player. Lags me on my PC too. Val, great idea. I hope to see this enforced. Also this is good to fix some bot problems too.
