View Full Version : 2 7% amp blades vs 7/20 blades

I'm having a really hard time deciding which to use, I've tried 2 amp blades and I really like it, but I haven't tried pairing one with a 20%+ forci blade yet. I'm looking for input only from people who've tried both.
I know what the damage calculator says, and I've seen a video comparison of the 2, but they seem pretty even.
7/20. You lose barely any bm2 damage (sometimes you gain bm2 damage on low defense mobs) and you gain a shiitload more damage in combo. Personally, ive done tests and i prefer the 7/20. just my opinion though.

I just tested it, 7/20 is nice out of bm2, but in bm2 the double amp blades win by far for what I do.

Solo/duo dungeons.
i meant like what dungeons mainly, overall id still have to say 7/20. Or you can try finding a decent lycanus blade. You prob know but im still looking for that 11+/10 lycanus blade xD.

I am too, almost 200 ic1 runs on that lol. I solo everything but ft2 and aos2, mostly ic1/aos1/fi/ic2.

the best blade that can solve your problem is Forcium blade of amp 5%amp 10%CDI x2, thats the best..! unless u u find blades better than that

I'm workin on it, just barely got to osm crafting.... now to find the blade to pass it....

if only we had tons of these running around. i'd still prefer lycanus 12%amp 10cd though :P (4 amp, 4 amp, 4 amp, 1 slot)

consider im on a tight budget. which combination is better;
7% amp forci blade with 27% osm blade
or dual 27% osm blade.

If you ever plan to bm2, the amp forci is better.
