as you can see lightning cannon is casted, BUT before it even leaves his bow, he is casting ANOTHER stone cannon on top at the same time. This is called No Skill Delay hack.

its impossible to cast two cannons/lances/arrows that fast without having 3rd party programs to disabled casting time.
in a normal situation you can see a Force Archer in combo mode (which is faster then non combo) here:

this archer has casted lightning stone and its hit its target the dummy. But as you can see EVEN in combo the stone cannon cannot be casted untill after lightning cannon has hit its target. This is clear proof of no skill delay hack on the first two screenshots.
He has been banned already once for the proof im providing now. Its time for ban number 2 and to let a legit noob lv 79 be bringer for venus t1.
