1% and 2% are not enough for the cost of the rune. Should increase the percentage to make them actually worth using because they are rarely of any help whether it be pvp, nw or pve.

Thoughts?

yes, my defenceless and counter force activate once every 25 minutes...

i agree i was so excited when i finally got my force pressure rune.

but it never activates.

maybe if they raise it to 5% ATLEAST its a better chance and more worth getting it.

1% what a joke.

yea activations are real low and theres also no variety. atk/matk are the best for pve while cure is the best for pvp, theres no other rune worth wasting 50ap on.

yeah the 1% activation on my shield smash and strike pray runes are so small they rarely pop up. 5-10% range would make them far more useful.

stop using blended runes at level 79, you wonder why people think you hack
