View Full Version : Suggestion for Tickets

There is this issue with tickets where the limit of open tickets is 3 and since there is no option to Remove previously opened tickets, whenever GMs don't answer our tickets we get stuck with 3 open tickets that will never be answered. This will prevent us from opening new tickets when we need.

I suggest either a ticket removal option for us to make room for new ones, or for GMs to really work on tickets that are getting very old.

Sorry i didnt read your sig before i posted...
let me revise this for the slower population:
1. Click ticket history
2. Open an existing ticket
3. Click the f'ing delete button

as you can see there is a delete button. Maybe its chrome causing that bug? it would be very odd for some to have the delete button and not others, but possible i guess if chrome some how caused it... i would try different browser, maybe firefox, and see if the delete button is still missing, just for kicks i guess, otherwise i would have made your thread in bug report section so they can look into it, im sure its not intended to be there for some and not others.

Can you tell me what browser do you use?
Im using GoogleChrome and i ;ve tried with IE , i even downloaded Firefox and its still nothing, the delete option not there ..

yea im on firefox, i would make a thread in bug report section probably if its getting to be a problem for you.

Ok ty i will . Cause this is awkward , i dont know what other browser should i download to check lol.
