1st Ticket # 23044, sent on March-07 11:36:37
2nd Ticket # 24255, sent on March-29 2:26:34
[GM]Jamie told me in game it will be fixed on March-14 10:25 pm
its been 22 days, i got 0 reply and still not fixed.
is there any GM here can help? cuz help desk doesnt help and im scared to buy any new pets.

I have been having the same issue with my pet since Dec when they first did the new mercs update. I sent 4 tickets about it an each time they said they would fix it :/ well its almost April now and still they havent fixed it so good luck with yours

Haha the pet of death!!! Haha I had a gem that was stuck in my storage months (like 4 or 5) then one day it was just gone... Go figure est never answered the ticket it just vanished one day... Annoying though.
Gl getting est to answer your ticket... They still have not answers my ticket about money I put into the game and never revived ecoin for.... GG

any GM here can help us about this cash shop item pet bug / glitch? these pet costs like 15 dollar each
