Is it worth the damge lost

as the title states im not sure if its wise for me to lose 20 dmg for 5 rate 34m.atk. Currently im using 2 40dmg pherys and have 165 dmg with 46 rate. I was thinking about replacing one of the pherys with a +9 20dmg5rate orb which would give me 51 rate but dmg would go down to 145 but i would also gain 34 magic currently only have 875. If someone could give me a few opinopns on the matter i would really appreciate it.

come one 50+ reviews and no reply, I'm sure some has some input on the matter. by the way the 5rate 20dmg orb is lapis. Any comments welcome. spur,telepathy any input?

It's said that every 10 crit dmg equals 20 matk. I'm not sure of that fact. So it's ur call.
