Anyone for war?

I think that everyone who shows up should be allowed in, maybe then people would ACTUALLY go to war. and the list won't look like:
Procyon: 10/50
Capella: 10/10

so you think it should be 50 procs vs 10 caps, ok ya I, a die hard cap, would just love to go to that war

I think that they should change the cap armor from a fuscia-looking colour to red, since red vs. blue has always been the normal colors of choice. Not to say that many people avoid capella because its pinkish, but I think a red team would be more appealing.
