View Full Version : How to prevent "training dummy fail"

Notice the picture above, this person who was attacking the training dummy stops for no appearent reason and stands there like a statue. This happens to me a lot and its annoying. Leaving my charactor on statue then going to sleep, only to have got 2 skill level ups because my charactor mysteriously stopped attacking 5 minutes later.

Why does this happen, and how to prevent it from happening.

Edit: my charactor does not drink pots (his skills cost like 3mp :S)

already posted right here below your post, try reading much. Other than what is replied to in the thread in that link, not much else can be done unless the developers do something to the code.

I do not drink MP pots, so I do not have the MP pot stop issue. Oh wells doesn't change much if nothing can be done about it. Thanks for reply

That case, probably need to disable your screensaver if you run in window mode. After that, wedge a penny or nickle in to lock your 1 button down. Manual macro yes, and only cast 1 skill and wait for it to cooldown before another skill is cast, but is how we did it before the autoskill check box was implimented and works.
