concentration should get people banned after 160
actually for solo pve dungs (ic1, ft1) its fine, having 2-3k rate anyway probably wont make a huge diff in most occasions. There is no disadvantage to wearing it pve in dung solo, works fine. for party dung or nw its different story.
seeing as how i solo dungs alot, its fine to throw on the extra attack rate, now if i was running around in nw with on then you would have a valid point.

manoman lvl 170+ have them in war all the time, esp. them BLs with high atk rate already :o
