Questions about crafting

I'm really new to crafting, but I have some questions about it.

I know crafting gives you a chance of creating an item with one Slot, but is it also possible crafting can produce an item with 2 slots?

Because I keep seeing all these items with 2 slots and a craft bonus, but haven't got a clue as to where they're coming from.

Certain craft produce 2 slotted gear, especially on Titanium/ShadowTitanium/Osmium/Redosmium level. Drops also gives you 2 slotted craft.
