I miss playing Cabal. [Please be kind and read this]

I really don't know what's going on, i got 121 Lv just fine but it's been a while since i cannot play. When i get into Cabal i'm moving freely and all but when i hit monsters it takes a while to see the damage, when i teleport i'm waiting till i get DC, sometimes i see players sometimes there is no one, i missed so many events i'm about to burst. I unistalled and re-installed Cabal still not working.

I really enjoy playing this game so please any suggestion what should i do?
