Hi, i want to know if europeans users are able to play on NA version?

Because my friend is from rumania, he can play on europe version, but i cant, so i would like to know if he is able to play here.

No. If you are from Europe, you can only play the European version of Cabal Online http://cabalonline.com/index.asp. This is the European version of Cabal Online. If you are in NA ( North America ) you can play on Na Cabal Online only.
