Dash/Fade/Blink Combo recommended fps

I was just wondering, what is the recommended fps for dash/fade/blink in combo?
Because I have been trying it for awhile and it never works.
My usual fps is about 19, but i have changed things around in options till i got it to about 50 and still nothing.
Please help, I need it for war.

fade in combo isn't about your fps. its about your ping.
most people's pings are too high to have any chance of fading in combo, whatsoever.

So how do I check my ping?
And how do I get it lower if its too high?
