How much vamp does an Average WA require to bloody and bear and still be on the safe side of not dying?

Im trying to vamp anything Ft1+ basicly, and im lvl 125, just started on a new char

Hp helps more than vamp.
The higher hp you have more room/time for you to react.
vamp wise i go at least +4 on earring and 4/5% steal

well i using 3% vamp a and using vamp earing+5 and+6 and vamp+4 ammy +the stats i have on sig =3 also cats recovery is better of bears if u ask me
