to my understanding it's not capped (maybe at 300%) but after 200% it only counts as 1/2 the value it says. So 250% cd would be 225%.

i know as much as that, but my question is it still count as 1/2 or the 1/2 cap is also removed

why would they remove it when they're adding more things to make it higher?
