Why does this page pop up when I try to login?

Every time I try to login that page pops up and nothing happens, my friend also tried it on his computer and got the same problem, does anyone know the cause of this or how to fix it? thanks.

uninstall cabal and reinstall in safe mode,works wonders

Thanks for the suggestion, but I forgot to mention that I don't have cabal downloaded and that's just what happens when I try to login to the SITE itself.

Yup I have the same issue, I cant install Cabal cus it tells me to sign in everytime i go to download it. I try and sign in and it gives me that message...

I figured it out, you need to activate your account from your email to confirm it.

Then it will let you log in.

wow, you were right, but I could of sworn I clicked that before, actually I'm positive because it was a "read" message in my email, hmm, well thanks man.
