what is maximum crit rate of wizard..? my wizard maximum is 39/52% if I add ROL+1...not increasing?? is this bug??:confused:

As i explained in game to a friend of yours i think

the MAX RATE YOU CAN GET FROM RINGS IS 30 PERCENT

15 rate from merg + 10 from your rol 1 = 25 rate

that only leaves 5 more rate that you can get from rings

so when you put the other rol on (making 3 rate rings) you are only going to get 5 percent from that rol 1


if you want to get max rate from rings in this case ..you must use merg ring... rol 1 and a ring of champion 3 (or 4 i dont remember) because that has like 5 rate and some extra stats

or you can just settle with 25 rate from rings and use two other rings
