just wondering if anyone has an idea of how long it takes to get an account unblocked. it was blocked because of too many (4) "incorrect" pin entries from a go cash card. i sent in a ticket about 7 hours but havent got a reply yet. im assuming i'm to be contacted via email ?? thanks in advance for any replies.

no, they will close your ticket with their response which usually you will have to open a new ticket to fully resolve the issue. they are quick to respond when requesting info, but the moment you provide said info you will have to wait another week or so before they even think about closing your ticket :/

Unblocking an account that has been locked
1) Sign-In to the website
2) Go to "Account Management" section.
3) Click on OTP button to send the OTP to your registered email account.
4) Type in your OTP sent to your email on the blank space provided.
5) Your account is now unblocked from Sub-Password block and Sub-Password is reset
