Lower the level to purchase

I know I may not be the only one that feels this way, but I feel that the level requirement to purchase Vouchers is too high. I can understand the reason to want to have it high so people don't just go purchase them to make extra alz on the side or whatever people are doing with them. I just think that 150 is too high. I think that 100-120 would be more reasonable. Since the requirement is 150, you are leaving it to the higher levels to control more of what is going on. When lower level players are behind struggling to keep up on a money game that is easy to catch up in and further themselves from for the higher levels.
