Hi!

Today i went to buy Ultimate game card from Canada the card is filled with 20$ CAD, when i went to refill for 2000 eCoins here it said that i have to pay 1.33$ more.. What??

Are you saying that USD is worth more than CAD, well its not because i checked the currency website and it said 20$ CAD = 19.79$ USD.. Please fix that I also have screenshots for detailed info

I think thats working as intended, i checked the site and its 20.00$ even, so i switched my country in top right to canada like yours, it requires 1.32 in my window (probably changed due to markets since you took ss). But that being said, its probably due to sales tax on these type of cards if your from outside the U.S., if your inside the US, the balance required is 20$ even. I dont think its based on only the exchange rate of currency, but includes also the international sales tax on the game cards.

1.32$/1.33$ is about right, 6%ish of the 20$ would sound like your getting tax'd for being in canada, these are moslty state laws in the usa i believe, but i may be slightly inaccurate as im not 100% sure, ill check around n see if i can find any tax rates on those cards for canadians buying from usa.

Btw, there is a event going on till nov. for mexico and canada, 20% more ecoins through gocash gamecards..
