I suggest that the spawn time for Vaikalitan is set back by 30 minutes. On this past time (10/22/2011), I was still in war when the message appeared that Vaikalitan has spawned. By setting the time back by 30 minutes, it allows everyone to be out of war, as well as getting to Channel 20.

they should also make it in random channel so it stopped a nation from camping it out from 1 hr ahead flooding the whole map... mercury procs.....
