Hey i just got a $20 ultimate game card when i enter the pin it tells me i need to pay 92 cents.... i have used ultimate game card in many other games never has that come up plz do help me....

cuz u need to pay the exchange fee or w/e the name is.so if u want 2k ecoins with a 20 dollars card u need another card of 5 dollars to be able to get the 2k(20 dollars).
