Seeing how us players have been turning in alot of posts wether its at the help desk or in the forums i think it would be great for the GMs to reward the people that has sent in these reports to them by sending them something like 2-3 hr BB+s or something like that heres an example:
I see GM Kato botting in UG at the Death Soldiers well i take my SS of it and submit it into the forums
few days later it turns out he was botting and then GM Snow bans him for it
Then GM Snow sends me a BB+ via mail or cash item inv. window for my efforts of helping to clean up cabal
