Dex BL or STR BL?

I would think dex would give tons more defense rate which would be nice for pvp and certain solos, but does str build give any noticeable attack difference?

Makes zero difference for a blader. Both stats give the EXACT same amount for def/attack/def rate etc...

because in combo you never miss def and att rate are almost worthless in pvp. in pve def and att rate are not essential if you have high def. My 154 bl runs everything that I throw at it with no problems. It is a str bl in +5 forci. so they are balanced depending on what you prefer to do
