Lapis Xtal+7 26cd ot Forcy xtal+7 10cd?

Lapis if the forcy was 16dmg then the forcy would be better

forcy will do 80 to 90 something more base damage than lapis!
lapis will do 100ish more crit damage than forcy but only some of the time (depends on your crit rate).
So if your crit rate is say 50%, then your only averaging 50 more damage with the lapis over the forcy, while the forcy will do consistent 80+ damage every hit.
also, how much amp you have can alter things greatly....
So you look at your build and based on the content your going after (1v1 pvp, pk, NW or normal pve, dungeon bosses..etc) and you decide which is actually better for you and your style of play.
