add e-coin to middle east plz

hey gm(s) most of the ppl that were playing in the cabal global transfered to na version and they were able to refill e-coin....but now most of the middle east countries can't refill e-coin(except for Kuwait)so u should make a payment method for middle east or make a new version for middle east

N.B. I live in EGYPT & i have 4 friends 2 living in KSA & 2 living in bahrain
