how bout try to answer a helpdesk support ticket instead of letting it sit for a week unanswered or at least send an email stating your're working on it or something

I agree they need to set up 24/7 help desk employee shifts. this will help with the customer base and keep the players playing even if the help desk poeple are stricktly that to foreward bugs to develpoers and help desk to fix password issues etc.

im telling ya...i have 2 high lvl chars waiting to be played or whatever and its almost a week now since i posted in the forums and in the helpdesk..i cant play cus my chars are xferred without my knowledge and i want them back....AAARRRG friggin hackers need to get a life!!
