The item shop was probably never updated because the christmas shop will be open until they do update tonight. So most likely tomorrow shop will be updated and Christmas shop will be taken out.

Why not just put everything available from EST in cash shop so they don't have to bother rotating crap every week and people can buy whatever they want,whenever they want?
