I dont care what icon u use (that's an old extinct original poh i used, yeah no level) but anything will do. What will it do?

Great idea, but i doubt est will do anything. We have been asking for them to, at least show us the sucess chance for a very long time. so far we have been ignored.

lol epic editing, but as for the idea, not really any point actually seeing how low your chances really are, then you're more likely to fail. Just be like me and just say, oh well *uses cores* darn it failed. I'll try again later. or Awesome it succeded!

that was because there was nothing in it for est if they had just put the success rate on the interface, as many including me suggested in the past. but with this scroll, which they can op and put in cs, they stand to make lots and lots of moneys...like safeguards.

but can't u see, with this suggestion, u'll see first what ur rate will be, then u can either go on with upgrading, put safeguards (if u think the given rate at that particular moment is not safe enough) or postpone upgrading altogether until you see a better rate on the gui. i'm thinking on the theory that the success chance of upgrading is NEVER constant; it's like a roll of the dice. This item will tell us when to use safeguards, and /or when to try upgrading at all, and/or when to give it a rest and wait for a better day. Right now, we are all in the dark as to when those better days will come...and we end up either missing out on them or messing up our stuff on bad days!
