Crit Dmg Blended Rune!

Hi ..I Wonder Why there's No Crit Rate or Dmg Blended Rune Although Most of Characters Depend on da Crit...
1 More suggestion...Why don't U stack Blended Runes On Weps Not Characters..and keep it With the Low Chance Percentage...I Mean What's the Difference Between 40 Dmg Reds Blade+9 n 40 Dmg Reds blade+9 ..Nothin..but if we made it 40 Dmg Reds blade+9 (50 att. 1% Chance 2 Be Activated) That would be Nice ^^...Thanks Anyway <3

Blended runes were invented before crit dmg runes were o.o

but a crit dmg blended rune wouldn't do anything if it activated on a noncrit ;o the way blended runes are now, they are useful whether you crit or don't crit

Yeah but sometimes Blended Rune is activated When u Already Miss da Hit...So Da crit Dmg Blended Rune Can be Activated Even if u Didn't Crit ....
